Born and raised just outside of New Orleans, I’ve learned to absorb culture and find lessons in everything — the things that try to defeat you and those you overcome.

What I’ve learnt as a creative that has worn many hats — freelancer, teacher, leader — is to listen to the wisdom of others, sifting through the noise to find what truly resonates with me. Finding your voice—your 'style' in art—isn’t something taught; it’s discovered. It grows and evolves with you, changing as you do.

As a freelance illustrator, I frequently referred to myself as a ‘Jill-Of-All-Trades’, being able to adapt my style to suit the need at hand. And when I went back to grad school, I often took a different perspective than my comrades. But my determination was clear: take what I do well and amplify it. Go bigger. My background in Illustration aids my creative thinking and ability to think outside-the-box daily for my clients.

I aim to create a body of work that is enticing, smart, sexy, elegant, unexpected, and unique. It is my goal to tell stories and ideas that inspire and can be enjoyed by a wide audience. My skill lies in pushing the story and creative as deep as it can go.
