Account Manager/ Creative Strategist / Social Strategist

2022- 2023

After joining creative ad agency TILT in the Spring of 2022 as their Social Media Strategist, we shortly accepted legacy brand CC’s Coffee House back into our client roster for social. As lead of the account, it was my task to head a major creative shift for this familiar Louisiana brand that wanted to market to a “younger” Gen-Z stakeholdership.

This shift required our team to assess the brand's current market and develop a creative strategy that could bring the brand into the future. We jumped right into curating a social feed that boasted not only a more “youthful” look but more vibrant than before. We embraced the video algorithm and a faster, more vigorous posting strategy to help supplant the organic approach. Headlining video content on the feed was a welcome challenge that enabled us to construct and present this renewed brand approach authentically and share the evolving story of this long-time beloved brand.

In the first 30 days. from June–July 2022, after TILT’s initial takeover, CC’s Coffee House received: 

112.9% increase in overall engagement, 109.5% increase in net audience growth, & 117.9% increase in received messages. 

2024

Our social goals for CC's have only continued to grow this year. Since establishing our new brand voice, and introducing new products that generate younger interest, we have begun to hand over some of our key storytelling to the community.

We established a closer relationship with our fans by using them as seasonal 'models' and connecting with local micro-influencers and content creators to act as brand ambassadors. This has allowed our organic strategy to grow across channels more effortlessly, opened up new, exciting, and invaluable partnerships for the brand, and fostered higher engagement and brand awareness.

We continue to bring in new markets, but our main goal is to highlight the CC's Coffee House brand experience in the local area as one that: encompasses their ongoing commitment to providing unsurpassed quality and value and making their guests feel like they're family.
