"Brewing 30 Years of Connection"
Campaign Strategy / Creative Strategist / Digital Strategist
This year-long campaign honors CC’s 30th anniversary while embracing the future of memories, connections, and growth. Rooted in its New Orleans beginnings, CC’s has become more than a coffee house—it’s a place where every cup tells a story and every visit feels like home.
At its core, this campaign is about people: the employees who pour passion into every brew, the customers who make CC’s their own, and the communities that have supported them along the way. Through heartfelt stories, short videos, and engaging content, the campaign celebrates the spirit of CC’s—its history, its mission to Serve Everyone Better Than Anyone Else, and the connections that make it special.
From Launch to Growth
The campaign officially launched in late February 2025 at CC’s Annual “Family Gathering,” where it was unveiled to senior board members, managers, and licensees. The highly anticipated launch video, kept under wraps until the event, was met with an overwhelmingly positive response, setting an inspiring tone for the two-day conference and boosting company morale. Following the event, the video was rolled out across social channels.
To maximize reach, the campaign extends beyond organic social, incorporating strategic influencer and paid partnerships. By collaborating with local macro and micro influencers, leveraging targeted paid social, and utilizing OTT advertising, CC’s is introducing its brand to new audiences while deepening connections with its loyal community.
We're just getting started—watch as this celebration unfolds all year long!
